Joyce Burns

Joyce is a local acclaimed artist that our area is blessed to have.

Her achievments and outreach are recognized by the region in many different ways.

In 1982 Mrs. Burns invited seven people to her home to just get together and enjoy some painting and drawing, fourteen people showed and from that point on the 'Joyce Burns Art Studio' became a reality.
