I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and a high school math and science teacher. I finally got the opportunity to begin painting about five years ago.

It's difficult to find enough time to do the things I want to do, but I love to paint pictures that are meaningful to me when there is time.

I believe that God brings people into your life at the right time and for a specific purpose and Joyce Burns has been a blessing to me. I have learned from her experience and talent.

I hope that others will see in my paintings what I saw in my heart when I was putting the paint on the canvas.
