I was born in Clinton, AR. I left Clinton when my husband went into the Army.

We spent 21 yrs in Service. We have lived in Germany, Paris and France, the rest of the military was spent in the Southern States OK, TX., VA., GA.and Al.

Except for the two tours in Viet Nam we have always been together.

We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

I have always wanted to paint just never took the time to learn. In 2005 I started going to Joyce Burns for lessons. I don't feel I am very good but do like to try. I thank the Lord for what little talent he gave me.

Joyce is a wonderful teacher, person, and friend. I usually paint from Bob Ross books, I do not sell my painting I give to my family.
